Is it me?
Am I the only African American who thinks "Reperations" is moronic?
No seriously hear me out..
Uh.. read me out..
O.k.. Our Ancestors should of gotten that 40 acres and a mule the state promised them.
No doubt there.. But to think that WE today should be paid for something our great, great, great forefathers deserved is not only ludicrous, it’s delusional!
Progress..
Lets moooooove on?
I know that if you forget the past your doomed to repeat it. But forgetting and moving on are two different things.
African American’s have made a lot of progress and taking two steps back with your hand out isn’t what I had in mind in respects of moving on and being a better people.
